UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION

I app**** for the loan in November, our agreement was i will pay the loan in 3 months, on the 21st of December i paid my loan in full and i received a paid up letter but today they deducted again, and this is the second time this is happening, the first time they double deducted whereas i paid. Now no one is getting back to me since i sent the query
