I'm so disappointed with this company. I've tried calling them and sent them numerous emails asking for their banking details so that I can pay them, they're not responding.

They keep on sending me sms informing me about their collection agent and worse part they don't mansion the collection agent name, account or contact number yet I'm blacklisted.... How am I going to pay, if you don't give me account, respond to my emails or call me for arrangements ?? I
