I took out the fasta card thinking it works the same as a credit card but you can't withdraw or transfer money from it which when you apply it doesn't clearly state the usage. I was misled and now I have to pay intrest for something I don't even know how to use. I asked for their complaints department email address and they keep telling me to log a ticket without any help. You're the worst!
