Refund to correct account

I had a loan with Fasta went on tge website to pay it took me to their WhatsApp page to make payment did payment of R1222.90. Only to find the account i paid was not mine... and there's no way of getting a hold of Fasta, they're no responding to emails and there WhatsApp is just useless
