Poor service after unnecessary debit.

*** I paid my short loan in full. It was just a one-month loan and I got debited again. They explained that the debit date couldn't be stopped. I understand that but my problem is that it's more than 3 business days and nobody phoned me back or paid back the unnecessary debit. A supervisor needs to sort this out ASAP. This is unacceptable.
