Poor response to clearing ITC RECORDS AFTER DEBT SETTLEMENT

I have settled an overdue account in December 2022, payment made to the 'handed over' attorneys for Fasta loans, LGR attorneys. Up until today, there's a balance on the credit bureau for the value of the discount settlement amount and the overdue amount. Fasta says that this is an LGR Attorneys issue and LGR DOESN'T respond! This figure appears on my ITC records causing me not to get credit and vehicle finance and other employment opportunities. Its close to 3 months now and fasta/LGR chase' for the outstanding balance but I voluntarily found Fasta accounts dept, to make the payment settlement..Fasta, please return my favour..and close the records on credit bureau. ***
