Pathetic service provider

I have been trying to contact this company so i can get my settlement letter so settle my account but to no avail as there is no contact details and when you send an email there is no response. When you miss a payment they quick to threaten you but when you ned assistance they are never available . All i want to do is settle my account and move on now i must battle to do that as well. Very dissapointed
