Pathetic serve from Fasta loans

I had taken out a loan with Fasta Loans on 2nd December 2022 and repayment was due on the 25th or when i got paid. however an issue with my bank account and payment didn't go through. i did manage to pay them back on their manual payment option on their account by the 6th Jan and emailed them all the proofs of payments i made and to date they still email me to advise me i need to ensure i have money available to pay back. we use companies that provide loans to assist us and we pay back and this is the serve we receive totally pathetic how they do not follow up on payments and allocate - but i assume that when we pay of the app onto their manual portal it should have our details?
