I would like to lay a formal complaint against the fasta loan regarding my account,arrangements have been made towards my repayment an amount of R2,338.34 was arranged but to my surprise that amount was debited twice upon the arranged date i then reversed one debit and communicated with them with the fault that was made not only was my fault not rectified they went on to debit me again for an amount that we did not agree on but made two debits of amounts I know nothing of our prior discussions have been ignore and I’m unable to reverse both these debits of R2,338.34 and R354.58. Our agreement was to debit an amount of R433,34.
