Need to update credit profile as payed up and need to send payed up letter

Did have a loan with fast and did settle it with the settlement amount that they gave me now I have settled the loan and still waiting on my payed up letter from them and they need to update my credit profile cos the account was settled now they wanna claim a extra amount
