my name is stephanie Davids , cell number *** and id *** i had a fasta loan which i settled and still not been updated , i have logged a complaint with them and they ignires me, im currently requesting a paid up letter and wants my profil
my name is stephanie Davids , cell number *** and id *** i had a fasta loan which i settled and still not been updated , i have logged a complaint with them and they ignires me, im currently requesting a paid up letter and wants my profile updated. they are quick to help people which we gretful for but once we pay please update and clear our balances, if this is not done ill go to the ombudsman and social media. i want my account updated please and urgently.

06 Oct 2025, 12:10i want the ceo of fasta to know that we as customers gets poor assistance no call centre number, no one responding to the complaints link on their app where customers should reply on i asked a paid up letter then i looked my account not settled yet i paid 02 oct already pathetic
