Incompetence

I have been trying since Tuesday to get a loan with these guys but the app is not allowing Me to change banking details for the past 3 days I've been going back and forth with a consultant that yet to give me feedback worst ever loan application process now wen I try to speak to the lady that's been in contact with me on fb she had blocked me off
