I paid off my loan in full in November 2022 and at the end of every month Fasta send me smses and emails saying I owe them money and try to debit my bank account numerous times leaving me with a negative balance that affects my salary and also blacklists me from taking a loan elsewhere. I sent an email last week to Fasta to stop trying to debit my account and settle my account on your system and I am being ignored, I even got another message this morning saying that you tried to debit my account AGAIN. I am fed up, I will be taking matters further unless this is rectified TODAY!

09 Mar 2023, 14:48Still no response from Fasta, and you handed me over to Shapiro Shaik Devries *******LY. I have proof on email and sms on 28 November 2022 that I am COMPLETELY PAID OFF!!!!!!! I am going to use my own lawyer to contact yours and sue you if this harassment continues
