FASTA will treat you like mud the moment they paid you

It is sad how an initial positive experience can become so negative and frustrating so quick. First off , I am up to date , I have never been behind , never miss a payment and kept up my part of the deal 100%.

The problems come when Fasta unliterary get arrogant and just start lying and being dishonest. When I took the loan all my paperwork and the contract from them indicated that the deduction date will be the 25th. However , when the Debicheck came through it said 23rd , I asked why and was told it is just incase the 25th fall on a Sunday . As an trusting idiot I am , I trusted them. Needless to say , very few 25th recently fell on a Sunday. With the result that on the 23rd FASTA will just clean out the account , few days before payday when I can really not afford it. When I raise any question the immediate and rude responds is "It is your fault for authorizing the 23rd"

And that is when all communication is cut off , They refuse to respond any further to requests to move the Debicheck to the 25th. What is even More infuriating , I get penalised for not having the full amount 2 days before payday.

In my view and experience , the whole 2 day before payday thing is *********ly done for no reason but to penalize customers , generate extra money and the total lack to rectify the issue proof my point.
