Hi, OUR *** - Thandiwe Radebe ***) Thank you for reaching out to us. Debit orders are submitted to the bank 3 days before the instalment date. Any payment made during this period does not stop the debit order and it will remain in tracking until funds are received. It is important that you read, reply and indicate that you accept the disclaimer below. We can only process the refund request once the disclaimer has been accepted. FASTA Payment & Refund Disclaimer: You have given FASTA authority to collect the monthly payment of this loan from the bank account you provided in your loan agreement ('the Mandate'). FASTA may issue a refund to you within 48 business hours of acceptance of the refund disclaimer on the condition that you expressly warrant that any payment(s) already collected from your bank account will not be disputed or reversed with your bank. If any accounts are currently in arrears, you will not be eligible for a refund. FASTA will not process any refunds for values less than R 100. If you have an open loan, the credit amount will be transferred to the open loan. Should you ask your bank to reverse or dispute any payment(s) we have already collected from you, for whatever reason, we will view this as a serious breach of this loan agreement and: We could report your behaviour on this account to any registered credit bureau, which could impact your ability to get finance in the future. You will not be able to get a loan from FASTA in the future. Your loan account may be handed over to an Attorney for debt collection. We will charge you additional fees (such as default fees and interest) and the reasonable costs incurred to enforce our rights in terms of the credit agreement until the amount is settled in full. Please advise if you understand and accept
