Fasta ****med me

I was ****med by FASTA, they debited my account and won't even reverse my money. R1500. 79, was debited but now I don't even understand why, when I call everyone keeps on giving me a number to call I have been trying to to reach them but I am not finding anyone to assist I want my refund and to stop thus devjt order. I ma scared they will do it again. Please help
