FASTA LOANS IS A NONSENSE

I paid my account on the 10th of February 2025 but till today that account shows in arrears on my credit profile. When I write to them they send me to pillar and post. I'm so angry right now. It's been full three months running after them. Even credit bureaus can't get feedback from them. They are not responding to any of their emails
