FASTA Loans is a dangerous ***** site

I have recently realized how dangerous it is doing business with a robot in simple words a company without call center or office you can reach when you face challenges. I had a 2month short term loan with FASTA of which i decided to settle first month. but to my surprise after i had payed up and had been cleared on their website. The continued debting money from my account the is nothing i can do. I tried many attempts to contact them via they platform. The robot answers by saying they will be in touch in less than 4 hours but never communicate.
