Fasta loan poor service

I have settled my loan on the 12th of september then on the 27th the debit order went through, I called fasta loan office then I was told that my refund has been app**** and I will recieve my money shortly, I have been waiting for the funds until today. Everytime I make a call they keep on telling me that the refund will be processed soon, it shows that fasta loan does not care about their clients all they care about is doing something that benefits them as a company whether the client is happy or not they don't give a damn
