Fasta is the worst service provider ever!!! Do not use them!!!

I have never dealth with *********** company like fasta, my loan was sold to nimble group of which i requested a settlement letter which i paid up and received a paid up letter , after a couple of a group called landau calls stating i am still owing fasta and this has affectedmy credit score badly i have tried communicating this with them on ref numbers #477781 and 477781 and they close the tickets without resolving my matterw.
