Early debits on my account, Bad Service

Worst experience I ever heard.i have always been a loyal customer and tolerated the nonsense they do of early debits .

This month of Dec this people have been tracking my account since the 21st and 22nd of Dec which is early. I only get paid month end ,I don't have funds in my account but still they busy costing me bank charges which will be a problem.

If this nonsense they are doing ruins my credit score or if they try to hand my account over because of their stupid move I will definitely take this matter to ombudsman.

The company does not have any line for customers to call , you can't even get hold of them .
