Debit order

I am tired of this company because 1.they putting a minus on my account because they debited my account on a day that I didn’t agree on or chosen for debicheck. I am frustrated because now my account will reflect as if I’m unable to pay my debts because my account is being debited on the 24th instead of 25th and this month they tried to debit today and they going to attempt again and it will come as unpaid and my account will up going to a minus, there are no contact numbers I can call this is so frustrating nxa.
