Debit date can’t be changed while it’s their fault

This company is full of ****. If I apply for a loan and specify that I can pay on the 25th which is my pay day, which is also shown on my payslips, why would you debit on the 21th and then tell me you can’t change it.

That’s madness, and now I have to deal with unnecessary charges. Watch out for this company before taking a loan.
