Complaint

i have been with this company for a long time and never really made an issue out if anything , but i am now so irretated with the level of service their online support says a response within 4 business hours yet i still have not received a response for a simple things such as a response as yo if my settlement payment was received by them , i settled my loan with them on the 25th and send through my settlemt proof and settlement letter received from them and till now i am still waiting just for a simple reply that its received just to be at ease .
