Bad service-no replies

I have paid up my Fasta loan and I have a paid up letter but it is still showing as open on my Fasta profile. I have asked them to update my profile but not getting a reply. They say their turn around time is 4 business hours, it has been 2 business days. The account number-*** and the ticket number is-Ticket #519526
