BAD service from FASTA Loans

I app**** for a personal loan with FASTA in Feb this year. They never approved the loan, but an installment went off my account as debiet order end of Feb. I have send emails and required about this SEVERAL times with NO ONE coming back to me. They also do not have a contact nr on their website.
