Stunning Service, Even During a Time of Chaos

Adri is amazing! I'd been waiting for my vault birth certificate for 1 year 3 months (a short time by home affairs standards) and Home Affairs was getting nowhere with my case (they'd "lost my file").

Being adopted, I had been told I was not able to make use of a fast tracking service because they don't have access to adoptees records. Several people on the "I'm Staying Overseas" group said they had been in the same situation, waiting months for HA and they were also adoptees but Adri was able to assist them.
