Awful workmanship

I would just like to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of service I received from Dries Steenkamp and his team at Fast Print and Signs and North Caravans in Rustenburg. They repairs done to my caravan and it was pathetic. They replaced the "Pop-up Surround" canvas of the caravan. Where the canvas fastens with Velcro the lower part is too short and therefore does not close properly. This will cause water to seep in. They could not fix the sail. With the installation of the roof canvas they also damaged several places where the canvas was inserted into the slot. In places where these slots were flared, sharp edges were formed which will damage the sail in time. This damage was caused with a tool such as a pliers or *****driver. The stitching on the "Pop-up Surround" was pathetic. In many places it pulled loose and frayed. I have never seen such neglect work. Secondly, they app**** a new "Sticker Kit". It was done very poorly. In some places the old "Stickers" were not even properly removed and just simply stuck over the old ones. In some places the paintwork on the caravan were damaged when removing the old "Stickers". Some of the "stickers" have folds and it looks like the colour of the sticker was burnt by a hot iron. Thirdly, they made me a "Travel Blanket" of very poor quality. Beyond the fact that I got R500 discount for a damaged "Travel Blanket" the sail did not even fit properly on the caravan. It is too big and flapping like a flag. The stitching is of the same poor quality as the canopy. The discount I got was due to glue they dropped onto the canvas and when they tried to remove it, they damaged part of the canvas and is therefore no longer waterproof. At last before hooking my caravan, they pushed another caravan into my car and caused thousands of Rands of damage. He assured me that they have insurance and they will sort it out. The next day when I contact him he was so arrogant with me and said that this is my own fault because there is a sign that says "Parking at own risk". He swore at me and told me to sue him if I want to, but he was not going to pay for my damage due to his people's negligence. So, I would just like to warn all those who want to do business with Dries Steenkamp, Fast Print and Signs and Noordwes Karavane. Their quality of work leaves much to be desired and your warranty expires as soon as you exit the gate. His wife Zorika Steenkamp do most of the advertising work.
