Worst customer service.

My contract says that i will be debited on the 30 Jan 2024 but i was debited on the 29/12/2023 .i have sent numerous communication to fasta loan to refund me back but no ones answers and the worst is that we are unable to call them as they no contacts .I really needed that money as it is meant for something .this the worst service provider method i have ever come across with
