unhappy

I have taken a 3 month loan and i have paid the balance a month earlier which is today. Upon making the payment I have paid R286.00 extra . I sent an email to be refunded and need a settlement letter but recieved no feedback. I am also worried after reading all negative comments that people have been debited even after the loan was paid and I dont want that to happen to me. I have still not recieved any reply
