SUPER UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I think you have lost me as a customer, my might not harm you in anyway but you service is so poor you will lose a lot of customers. For a fact that you don't have a line where we can reach you is a red flag, your whatsapp line is useless. When i app**** for a short term loan with you guys i specified that my payment date is on the 15th not a week before. This is happening for the third time now and every time it happens i would complain. I'm incurring charges on my account when a debit order bounces and its harming my credit report. Fix your sh*t
