No response from this company..... I want what was granted to me... For my daughter shcool fees

I'm still waiting on a reply from the person who helped me he is ignoring all my emails.. I'm sending him all the information he gave me... They just ignoring me.... This is the horrible customer service that i ever came across..... I would like to know who train them to do their jobs.... This is bad and yet I'm still waiting on a positive answer... I'm getting so angry because I'm waiting all day now..... I want my payment to be made into my account... I'm not stepping down because I was approved for a 1500 hundred rand short term loan.... I want what is fair to me... Just to pay my daughter shcool fees....
