Charges a fee for a loan that is never paid out

Johan charges R2 000 fee for a loan, after paying the fee he wants a R350 for a contract.<br> Payments has been made then he says the money expired that was paid in, the same day that payment was made.<br> Pay R800 then I will transfer the loan + the R2 000 that was paid in before.<br> I've paid in over R8 000 for this smooth operator and still no loan.<br> <br> I have a lawyer that will work on this case and as Johan said so eloquently - he has a lawyer that charges him over R800 and he never appears in Court.
