Bad bad bad

Im really disgusted in this company. I never took out any loan with them. Did go threw their loans the off and what the payment would be every month but i never agreed to anything nor did i take out any loan. But now they keep on sending me SMS's saying my payment is due. How can payment be due if i never took out a loan with them nor did i ever receive any money from them!!!!!
