Fastgun is by far the worst security company I have had thus far.

My services were discontinued without communicating same with me. Only after paying my September premium in advance, was i advised on the termination of service. I was requested to provide my banking details, which I did on 21:08:2025. I was advised the refund would take 7 to 14 DAYS. Today marks 14 days, no refund, no communication, when I call I get told Katlego will send an email. I have been waiting for the so called email since yesterday. I tried calling again today, no answer. I want my money back.
