Bad Service in Kaalfontein

The experience I went through with a landlord from fast go is one I wish for no one.

Plumbing matter in the room I was in was not proper yet i was expected to pay rent and live in such a condition. Firstly, no lease agreement was issued but i was still able to move in.

Secondly, he cut off my electricity just because he became impatient with the payment agreement, I decided to do with him over the phone and via SMS to top things off he is the rudest person ever. Tenants in the same yard also complain about his incompetency and rudeness.

There was no caretaker until recent but still no maintenance has been done.

He even evicted me via SMS without a notice.
