bad service

my parcel from Onedayonly is been sitting with them for over 3 weeks now, and the delivery period is 5-10 days. I have been contacting them to correct my contact number since my contact number was autopopulated from facebook when i register my account with Onedayonly. When i finally get hold of the i sent from one branch to another because they certain branch don't deliver in my area. and when you call them you can hold for 30minutes,
