I bought a stove from new world Menlyn The first stove was damaged by the courier company and was sent back to New world New world then sent me a new stove and took a video and photos of the stove before it s sent out all in order I received the stove broken / damaged on several places This stove stay with me and was supposed to be picked up upon delivery of third stove Again third stove was photographed and video graph before sending to me by New world Upon delivery the third stove was also damaged by the courier first freight They didn't took back the second stove or the third stove as I refused to accept the last broken stove On Monday 2026-09-07 a new order for pickup of the two stoves was issued by new world Waybill NWL*** Today is Wednesday 2*** And sill they didn't pick it up
