Fast Freight NO SERVICE

Customer in Swaziland requested Fast Freight to pick up a package from Lanseria. On 12/02/2015 it was collected by Thembani the courier guy. He had no airtime and i had to phone him to give directions. 16/02/2015 and he still does not have his package. Fast Freight cant find it. Missing and nobody phones you or lets you know what is going on.
