Absolute joke

Absolute *******. Ordered and paid for in full an intercooler for an Audi S3 8p that as per the website is "plug and play" late December. I waited as I understand it was over the festive season. January comes, I start getting concerned as I have heard nothing from anyone at fast factory. I got through to Jason the 9th of January and he informed me my intercooler was being shipped, fast forward to January 15th I received a message from the courier saying it is out for delivery. No delivery received, messaged Jason, he blamed the courier company, so I contacted the courier company, turns out they were not paid therefore they did not deliver. Eventually the intercooler arrived the 17th. Attempted to have if fitted, labour which I had to pay for and what do you know it does not fit the original plumbing of the vehicle. The boost pipes do not fit on the intercooler, something that their website explicitly says it does. So the car had to be reassembled with the original intercooler. Messaged Jason, apparently boost pipes were supposed to be supp**** with the intercooler, he said he would sort it out and source me boost pipes. 2 weeks later I messaged Jason again, only to be told I am being rude and his business is Fast factory is closing down, then a week later I get told I need to sort out my own boost pipes and that he will reimburse me the 25th... Guess what it's the 25th I have heard NOTHING...
