Poor service

<p>Was suppose to receive two items from, them the company certification and tax clearance. When asking about my tax clearance they said they had sent all the information to SARS and SARS was supposed to email me the certificate. Told Nelville that this has not happened. They down right said it was not their issue and I should be the one to follow up a process that they had started. </p>
