***** second hand car dealer

I purchased a Pre Owned Hyundai Getz from Fast Cars in Phoenix Durban. I dealt with the Owner Brandon Ramkissoon and his wife Tessalina. At the meeting Brandon did not allow me to test drive the car, he stated that he drives all his vehicles. Within minutes after taking ownership of the car, I stopped at the petrol station to fill up fuel, the vehicle wouldn't take reverse gear. I called Brandon, literally after seeing him minutes ago, to tell him there was a problem with the car, his exact response was "you bought the car as is, it's your problem now". I took the car to a mechanic and have since spent a small fortune fixing a laundry list of things that Brandon never declared to me as a problem. This vehicle has failed 3 COR attempts so far. The gear selector cables were cut, exhaust was held up with tape, boot area has a ton of body filler (recent work and painted over), the timing chain had cut and was repaired and put back, oil pump was loose, water pump had a whole in it, Brandon obviously didn't know much about cars because the cam bearings were put the wrong way around, tappet cover was broken and put back together with glue, this is just a few things from a number of other problems. I asked Brandon to carry a portion of the cost or review the price he sold the car to me and I was told "Take me to court". While we waited for the payment to clear on the day of the sale, Brandon was checking the oil and water in the water while I strapped my son into his car seat, I figured Brandon was doing a few last checks, he was busy *****ing the battery bracket which I only noticed later when I eventually got home with the car. No care in the world from Brandon or Tessalina as they go on selling unroadworthy cars and have no sense of remorse for their actions.
