Complain and bad workmanship

On 14 of September I put a add on Facebook asking for help to replace my vehicles motor. Which I can pay off due to that I have lost my job and had to work for my self. My vehicle is my transport to be able to work. Mr Ruan Cloete has responded that he can assist me with it and I can sign forms to pay him of. That's the agreement we had. So I took my vehicle to him.. Three days later he wanted R8000 Deposito. Asked him about the agreement and he said we can still do it like that but he need the R8000 to begin. So I took my rent money and sold my tools and borough some money. And payed him R6000. That was what I could get. I also told him that my vehicle can't stand longer than a week. It's just a enjin replacement. A Ford rocam motor. Whick normally should take not more than three days. A week later he wanted money again. I paid R3000 again. That night on his whattsapp status the was a video clip where the were in a pub drinking. So about six weeks went by and he wanted every now and then money. So I make a plan. At a point he sms me and said he could come right with the vehicle. He is going to take it to someone else. But as per his invoice, which was R26000 he stated also that he will write off R11500 and I only own him R6000. In which I have already payed a amount and the only outstanding is R 2700. This I have on a sms and a voucemail. So on the night when I went to collect my vehicle after his sms that say he is finished. When I got there. To collect my vehicle he said that he is not hoping to release the vehicle unless I pay him R14700. In which I had the R2700 only to pay him according to his sms and voucenote. He still refuse to give my my vehicle and demanded the money that he wrote off. R11500. IN WHICH IS NOT FAIR. my vehicle was standing by him already for six weeks and in that period I have lost clients work and a income of more than R80000. He had a week to repair my vehicle. And it took him almost seven week. I went to attorneys and to the court and police. Got some info and had to get my vehicle back from him thru the police that called him. I have my vehicle now for thee weeks. It overheated and blow the head sensor out due to the clip that should have been there to hold sensor in place was not there. So now my vehicle is standing again in less than a month after he Mr Ruan Cloete have worked on it. I also fount that some of the bolds on place it not thee. And had to replace them. Due to sensor that blown out all the water was out on the enjin and it damaged the headgasket and head. I sms him this morning to asked him to come and fix. Because his invoice stated a twelve month guarantee. In which he refuses and say that the guarantee is not valued due to non payment. I have to get someone else to fix his bad workmanship and have to pay again for it. So the workmanship and his skills are very poor and I will not recommend the company or his services to anyone.
