WORST SERVICE REGARDING AVON DELIVERYS

I am so fed up with this company. I was told my Avon delivery was handed to the Driver Ethriam on the 27th of Nov 2015. It is now the 4th of Dec and still no delivery. What is the driver doing drving around with my parcel for a whole week. The delivery address is approx. 10km from their depot so i cant understand the delay. I get international deliveries much quicker. Apparently the driver confirmed the parcel had been delivered but Fast and Furious cannot give me a POD. What nonsense is this?? Everyday a new promise to deliver..
