Worst service I have ever experienced

Wednesday:15:25 the estates gate phones requesting access for the courier for my parcel from One day Only (so clearly they have the right address). Normally they deliver a few in the same estate but the courier never shows. I email and they confirm the address and say they will look into it and escalate to management.

Thursday: receive an sms in the afternoon saying the package could not be delivered due to “incomplete address” - already confirmed they do. Email F+F again and I am told it will definitely be delivered today (Friday) and that the matter will be escalated to management again. Note not once did a driver phone me.

Friday: same sms received and still no package. I am this close to never buying from ODO again. Pargo pickup is not always an option. Terrible for a business built on deliveries!
