Worst service ever !!! Not even deserving 1 star. Do not use them !!! 5 Days ago they confirmed that my parcel in Cape Town but will only be delivered 5 days later. Not very happy about that but accepted this. 5 x Days later and when I eventually got someone to track the order they told me that driver do not have my parcel with him and they are trying to track my parcel. To date no feedback from them. Why Edcon group decided to use them must be the worst decision ever.
