Worst Service ever From Fast and Furious Couriers Meadowdale Johannesburg

I have been waiting on my parcels for more than a month now. every time i contact them i get the excuse about the Covid 19 and that have a back log. Now i live 15 min drive from their branch. In all this time they telling me that they cannot do the effort of dispatching the product. Now my problem i have is that even when you call them and your looking for a supervisor or manager no one seems to be available. Now it i under stand able that due to the Covid there is some problems but i have phoned countless times with no results. Even today the 16/06/2020 i phone @ 13:00 and was told the supervisor is not currently at her desk than i phoned back @ 14:00 with the same results that there is no supervisor available. This is the utmost worst service i have ever experienced from a courier company.
