WORST SERVICE EVER

Very *********** company with rude drivers. They left my parcel 30km away from the delivery address because they couldn't reach me on the phone. I don't understand why delivery of the package is subject to answering the phone yet the address is clearly stated. They also don't want to deliver in the rural areas yet they took the parcel knowing very well that it's in the rural areas.
