Worst service

Worst service you will ever receive. Your call Centre agents don't arrange for delivery even though I was told, they do not call back even though they say they will. Apparently they cannot even see the notes made on the system and now a manager is making excuses as to why I am not receiving my parcel. If courier guy can deliver in record time in the lockdown why can you not? There is no traffic as people are working from home so driving time is definitely shortened. If you cannot handle the work load why take on more business? If your agents cannot give answers give them the proper details or actually hire people that can do their jobs.
