Worst Delivery Service

I’ve been waiting for my order from Homechoice that was supposed to be delivered within 24hrs almost a week ago according to an sms I received from them. I’m still waiting, their number doesn’t work so I’m unable to get through to them. Literally the worst courier service I’ve ever had to deal with. Where on earth is my order?!
